First, contact me and I will send you my buyers checklist. This checklist contains the steps you need to follow to buy your dream home. Most importantly will you require financing and if so are you pre-approved? It’s important to know your purchase power when you start your home search. Second, let me know your time frame, so I can get a search set up for you on MLS and begin emailing you homes which fit your search criteria. Lastly, once you identify properties that interest you and determined your budget we can set up an appointment to meet. At this first meeting we will discuss the existing market conditions, explore the various towns and homes that meet your needs and budget. If you are new to the area plan on spending a couple of hours as I always want to treat my new Clients to a town tour before showing a property. At our meeting I will provide you with information on the offer process, and the steps involved once your offer is accepted. The process can be daunting.
