WHY WORK WITH ME?
When I represent you, I have your best interest first and foremost.

Whether you’re looking to spend $3 million or 10 million dollars, you will have my full attention, access to top attorneys, mortgage lenders, and home inspectors, as well as my expert and unbiased advice. I believe it’s my job not only to find you the perfect home, but also to educate you throughout the process so you’re confident that you’re making the best financial decision for you and your family.

For most people, buying a home is the biggest, most nerve-racking, and most expensive purchase you will ever make, and it’s my job to make sure you not only get a great home, but get it for a great price. I go above and beyond for every client — from showing you the town and the neighborhoods and connecting you to my former clients for first-hand neighborhood feedback to helping you find movers, vendors, and home insurance providers before you close.

NEXT STEPS
First, contact me, and I will send you my buyer’s checklist. This checklist contains the needed steps to find and buy your dream home. Most importantly, will you require financing, and if so, are you pre-approved? It’s important to know your purchase power when you start your home search.

Second, let me know your time frame. This is to get a search set up for you on MLS and begin emailing you homes that fit your search criteria.

Lastly, once you identify properties that interest you, we can set up an appointment to meet. At this first meeting, we’ll discuss the existing market conditions and explore various towns and homes that meet your needs and budget. If you are new to the area, plan on spending a couple of hours as I always want to treat my new clients to a tour of the area before showing a property.

During our meeting, I will also provide you with information on the offer process and the steps involved once your offer is accepted. The process can be daunting — having an experienced agent in this market is key to finding and purchasing your dream home!
